When should I order platters if we're planning to get a few or more ?If you need more than a few platters, please submit your order before a few days.

Do you run a restaurant or store ?We are a supplier, not an owner of a restaurant, however we are happy to take orders from individuals.

How long can we leave the sushi out for?We recommend eating it the same day you receive it, but it can be refrigerated so that it lasts until the next day.
